You know? I'm a total hurt!Sam!girl, but even I can admit that it's easier to picture Dean doing this than Sam. Maybe because he makes such an effort to treat sex so casually, and because he would totally do anything to protect Sam.
I've read other people's really excellent hooker!Sam fics before, but I had to approach it kind of sideways, and think really hard about how alone Sam would have been, and how very very determined he can get to fulfill his goals.
