Wow, this was definitely tense. In all this Sam was hoping for his dad and Dean to show up and then he finds out they were still drugged in the motel room, what a blow. But the sacrifice of his own life for the little girl of the woman who drugged all of them, this is absolutely incredible. I wouldn't expect anything less from our boy.
